Where is Wareng?

County Council of Wareng is about 360km to the South West of Kenya’s capital Nairobi. Eldoret Town is its capital, administrative center and commercial center.It covers Uasin Gishu District which is located in North Rift in Rift Valley Province of Kenya. It covers an area of about 3,218 Kilometres square and extends between longitudes 34 5001 and 35 371 East and latitudes 0 031 North. The County Council of Wareng is an offshoot of the defunct county council of sirikwa, and lies within Uasin Gishu District in Rift Valley Province. It shares common borders with the county council of Keiyo to the East, Koibatek to the South East, Kericho to the south, Nandi to the West and Lugari to the North West.
